With 4 minutes 20 seconds of total eclipse, Terrell is a great place to watch the eclipse! Not only is Terrell a great place to watch the eclipse, it is a great place to spend the weekend!

Located just 35 miles from downtown Dallas, the Terrell Municipal Airport or Ben Gill Park should  be your base an unforgettable "eclipse weekend"!

The Terrell Municipal Airport offers all concrete sites, at a general aviation airport, while Ben Gill Park offers mixed concrete and hard-surface sites, many of which are shaded.

While in Terrell, enjoy:
    * visiting the BFTS Museum and Heritage Museum
    * shopping in downtown Terrell
    * taking a mural walk
    * wine tastings
    * taking a stroll at Ben Gill Park
    * experiencing Buc-ee's
    * shopping at the CrossRoads Shopping Center

You can fish on nearby Lake Fork, Lake Tawakani or Lake Ray Hubbard.
